What's New!

  • 6/1/2005: Our staff and business partners are very excited to announce that we have begun development of a line of artistic braille greeting cards. Using input from braille users and our years of experience, these cards will be unique in the marketplace. Instead of “retrofitting” standard greeting cards by merely adding a bit of braille, we are starting from a new perspective. We plan to offer you a universal design card that we know will be special and meaningful to those who use braille and large print, and appeal to the general public as well. The product line will include cards for many occasions, including birthday, wedding and anniversary, get well and seasonal greetings.

  • 1/1/2005: The Braille Plus, Inc. officers and directors offer their congratulations to the American Braille Career School staff and students for the great progress they’ve made during the past year. • 8/15/2004: Happy Anniversary to us!! Braille Plus was established 13 years ago today. We have been privileged to answer many of your questions. For example: “Who can produce this university-level calculus textbook in a combination of braille graphics and audio text?” “Who can do all types of alternate formats for our national conference program?” “Who can create tactile graphics cute and meaningful enough for our kid’s storybook?” “Who can master and produce a large enough quantity of every type of alternate format for maps, schedules and directions for the Winter Olympics?”

Every day brings a welcome challenge and another opportunity to help you offer printed information to your students, customers, parishioners, volunteers, constituents, clients, family and friends. We have enjoyed getting to know you and working with you in person, by phone and online. We thank you for your confidence in us and the services we offer.
